Picker robot
moves in 3
dimensions
The system control plays an important role here. The better the picker
robots from Example 2 share and coordinate their task between
themselves, the fewer robots are needed (cost saving!).
For more complex algorithms and layouts we use optimization methods
to quickly schedule the tasks and actions best possible.

Example 1: Welding robots
at body assembly
New designs or variations of existing systems are dynamically tested and
under load together with designers, programmers and technologists. The real
machines does not have to be taken out of production for these experiments.
Only when the PLC control programs are thoroughly tested, they are passed to
the real systems (reduction of downtime!)
